Basic Calisthenics
If you want to train at home with limited to no equipment this course is for you! This course aims to equip the learner with the necessary knowledge to perform body weight movement exercises, also known as calisthenics. The exercises will be broken down into three segments: Push, Pull, and Leg workouts. This course will also equip the learner with the skills and information to personalize a workout program.
Course Objectives:
To familiarize the learners with different workout exercises that do not require weights.
The learner will be able to perform exercises that are relative to their current strength.
The learner will be able to create a workout program based on their current capabilities.
