Right after I graduated high school (back in 2008), I applied for an exchange student program and got accepted to go to Italy for a school year (approximately 10 months). I spent the year in Sardegna, in a small town called Porto Torres and had a foster Italian family take me in. Unfortunately, I was a super homebody and didn't go out much! So because of all the neglected opportunities to socialize, my Italian is very poor. On the plus side, I'm still in contact with my Italian sister to this day! <3
Hi Ms. Viana! I hope you get to reunite with your Italian family someday, when COVID is over :<
When you were sharing this with us during our team building, I kept on thinking "Sardinia" which is a place, too! Pero mostly because pagkain nanaman iniisip ko. HAHAHA cc: Andrea Lim and Ning Soliman
