This course covers the fundamental concepts, processes, and tools used in analyzing data to extract meaningful insights and support decision-making. This includes an overview of data types, data collection methods, data preparation techniques, basic statistical analysis, data visualization, and an introduction to relevant software like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.  In addition, this course will discuss the importance of data management and data governance.  The learners will apply data-driven strategies in their process improvement/innovation plan.
